I am accpeting inquiries for the proposed ARTGARAGE, an artist studio building pictured is in 'West Sugarhood'.   I am seeking 2-4 artists to obtain the building.  The building has been used for non-toxic light manufacturing with the area shown of about 60 x 80' (4,800) sq ft of completely open warehouse space with east and mostly south-facing windows.  

If you have a budget, are serious and can make a commitment to first and last month's rent if you like the building upon inspection, this might be for you.  

The rendering shows 5 about equally sized approx 576 sq ft 16' x 36' spaces.  I'd like these to be the minimum, but about anything is possible.  I welcome your phone inquiry and will put you on a list for a viewing.  For example, if you wanted a 16 x 36 ft studio as pictured - that's 576 sq ft or $576/mo or $1,152 due upon leasing with move-in 30 days later for me to get the space built out and ready for you and then $576/month all-included for a one year lease.

The spaces are available on a first come first served basis and the term of rental is one year starting in October 2012. 

Spaces can be custom built and will be 8' walls with standard 6'8" doors unless otherwise required.
