Essay:

Dear MusicGarage.Org,

Please consider me for the MusicGarage-Kids! One-Year Scholarship.  Music is the best.  I play music to find my 'happy place' in life when I am having a bad day.  I'll pick up my guitar and sing at the top of my lungs and everything feels serene, calm and in-focus.  I really want to play in a band, but I live in an apartment building and there's no place to play here and the neighbors always complain about my two hours of practicing a day.  I want to make some music friends and be in a band and perform.  I looked at the song list and want to jam with the MusicGarage Kids on 'The Trooper' by Iron Maiden.

Thank you,

Joe
