"My son has been involved in the MusicGarage.Org youth bands for over a year. I've been impressed with his playing and performance progress at venues from big festivals to small venues. These kids get great performance opportunities and the stafftruly care about the kids...and are very trustworthy. The program has attracted very high quality kids both musically and as people with no "less than desirable" kids at all. I'm proud that my son has high caliber kids to associate with I believe this stems from MusicGarage.Org's appraoch. MusicGarage.Org is a very safe environment for your kids, where they'll learn valuable skills of working together. Other programs we looked at were as much more expensive and didn't offer as much as MusicGarage offers.

"Thank you so much for all you do and and your passion for music that is supporting these kids' passion for music!! And for this incredible opportunity for my kids to express themselves through their love for music and we are so grateful to be a part of this family. I love it, love it all!" - M. Zitting, Salt Lake City Parent
"Steve is a fantastic mentor/coach to the kids. He got my daughter to a level I never thought possible as a singer song writer and performer. His rates are frankly under market for the results that you can expect. An incredible value/experience/journey....I highly recommend him and MusicGarage.org!" - P. Lyon, Emmigration Canyon
"As a parent, I have been extremely pleased with the great work Steve has done as the leader of MusicGarage.org. He is a consummate professional who is not only a talented musician, but an inspiring motivator. I can't say enough nice things about Steve. I sure enjoy working with him."
- Mike Mower, Chief of Staff for Governor Herbet

"Not only is Steve Auerbach incredibly dedicated to the Music Garage Kids organization, he is constantly looking for ways to participate in and serve his community. His enthusiasm, professionalism and work ethic come through in all of his efforts."
- Kristen Beck, SLC Downtown Alliance
"My daughter attended a 2 week SummerJam camp run by Steve Auerbach. She had previously been in School of Rock and was looking for something to do with her music that did not require the time committment of School of Rock during summer. This was perfect. A very positive experience, and WOW! what Steve was able to do with these kids in only 2 weeks. His ability and love of working with kids really shines. We will definetely be doing the next session in Park City in Oct."
- P. Deden, Park City
"This program is run by Steve Auerbach, who brought the School of Rock to Utah in 2005. Steve knows kids and how to get results in a fun and loving way. I like this program much better than School of Rock because it doesn't take itself quite so seriously and cost only $10 an hour. The staff get amazing results and set the standard for all of these music performance programs in Utah"
- Anonymous Parent
"Steve's MusicGarage.Org provided my neice with exactly what she needed when she needed it. Her experience at MusicGarage.Org landed her amazing gigs she could not have gotten otherwise. Steve is making a HUGE positive impact on young musicians."
- Cliff Lyon, Corporate Development

FROM MUSIC PROFESSIONALS
"I have always been very impressed with both the professionalism and musicianship of the MusicGarage.org students. I have had a lot of fun mixing them at Deer Valley, and am looking forward to future gigs."
- DAVE HALLOCK, Mountain Town Music, Park City
"I began booking MusicGarage.Org Youth Bands in 2010 as part of a youth music program at the Utah Arts Festival. Steve Auerbach and his group took the incentive to make the event happen by coordinating some of the technical requirements and bringing additional gear for the benefit of all of the other youth Groups involved. They went above and beyond the call of duty, and the kids performed marvelously. They are certainly exhibiting a great deal of professionalism and a high caliber of musicianship. We’ll be happy to have them back at the Arts Festival in the future!"
- STEVE "DOC" FLOOR, Utah Arts Festival, Salt Lake City
"I love MusicGarage.org! I was such a troubled little monkey when I was a kid, and I sure wish I would've found something like MusicGarage.org back then for myself! I am so astounded by the kids- not only their amazing talents and fearless energy, but their good manners and their wonderful demeanor in general. I believe that by giving these kids the opportunity to shine via music and express themselves in this productive way it has helped alleviate some of the other stressors in their lives that might otherwise lead them to create more challenges for themselves (too much time to think of ways to cause trouble. I am so inspired to know that as a community we are continuing to prioritize these skills and qualities in our youth because the effects are so far-reaching. I made it out okay, but it would have been a much easier ride for me if I had something like MusicGarage.org when I was younger. I am so grateful to get the chance to help make that change."
